Te Reo Māori Conversation

WALT have a conversation in te reo Māori.

In Flox Class we have been learning to have a conversation in Maori. We used our conversations to create movies. Our movies are set around Hay Park School. Have a look and see if you can understand Peeana and Manahal's conversation.

We are learning to use te reo Maori. We are still learning to pronounce some of the words in our conversations. Please give us some tips if you have any!

  1. Kia Ora Flox Class,
KA PAI! I really like to see that you are learning things from Matua Edwards like having conversations in Maori. I really like how you have responded to the questions that you have asked. I was wondering if you had any other things to say?

  8. Hello Flox learners,
I really enjoyed listening to Peeana and Manahal having a conversation in Maori because now I learned some Maori words to use at home! Maybe next time if you ever make another video could you please speak slower and talk with expression and make it sound like you actually don't know each other yet.

    Sincerely Gargee
